Over the years I have tried many things to improve my mental wellbeing, so I have listed some of them here as well as a few others.

I will literally just listen if you want me to. If you ask for advice I will try my best, but ultimately it is about you getting everything or as much as possible out.

About me

I have been dealing with depression for most of my life, but only recently have I understood what it was so I went on a mental journey to try my very best to fix myself and I have done a pretty good job of it.

Tim is an amazing listener and is incredibly wise. It’s always such a relief to talk to someone who genuinely cares and wants to understand and help. He is very emotionally intelligent and empathetic which is one of the most comforting things. He is never judgmental and has a way of directing me to the answers I am trying to find. He’s also got an amazing sense of humour and has helped me to find the funny side in even my darkest moments.
